Blurred Out is a product of LT Enterprises LLC. All billing transactions will appear as "LTE - BLURRED OUT" on your financial statements.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing our Chrome extension or using our website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. License Types and Terms
Free Trial License
- 7-day trial period with full feature access
- One trial per user
- Extension of the trial period may be granted at our discretion
One-Time Purchase License
- Grants perpetual access to local storage features
- One license per user
- Number of devices specified by the license being purchased
- Non-transferable
- Includes basic support and updates
Subscription License (Future Feature)
- Includes cloud sync capabilities
- Monthly or annual billing
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled
- Additional features as described at time of purchase
Special or Custom License
- Includes free 6-month licenses for students and contributors to open source projects
- Other custom licenses may be available at our discretion
- If you're making money from the sales of your products, a paid license is required
- Contact [email protected] to request a special or custom license
- Licenses may be renewed upon expiration
3. User Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information for license registration
- Not share or transfer your license key
- Not attempt to circumvent license validation
- Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws
- Not reverse engineer or modify the extension
4. Payment Terms
- All payments are processed through Stripe
- Prices are subject to change
- Refunds are available within 7 calendar days of purchase by contacting [email protected]
- Failed payments may result in service interruption
5. Service Availability and Updates
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue features
- Update the extension for security, compatibility, or feature enhancement
- Require minimum browser versions for compatibility
- Perform maintenance as needed
6. Data Management
- Local blur settings remain under your control
- You are responsible for backing up your local settings
- We are not responsible for data loss from browser actions
- Cloud data (if applicable) is subject to our Privacy Policy
7. Intellectual Property
- The Service and its original content are our intellectual property
- You may not distribute, modify, or create derivative works
- Feedback and suggestions become our property
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:
- Browser compatibility issues

- Third-party website changes affecting functionality
- Indirect or consequential damages
