I just installed it and it's not working.
If it's the first time installing it, try refreshing the page you're on. The extension needs to initialize when the page loads. If that doesn't work, try toggling between the different modes. If that doesn't help, email us at [email protected]
How do I blur elements?
Click the extension icon to open the side panel, switch to "Capture" mode, and click on elements you want to blur. Press the number keys to select different selectors for the element.
Are my blur settings saved?
Yes, your blur configurations are saved locally in your browser and will persist across sessions.
Can I temporarily disable blurring?
Yes, you can toggle the extension on/off using the switch in the side panel without losing your blur configurations.
How do I remove a blur?
Open the side panel, find the blurred element in the list, and click the delete icon to remove it.
Does it work on all sites?
While we do our best to make it as compatible with all websites, there are some complex ones that don't work yet.
Does it slow down my web browsing experience?
Normally it won't slow things down, however, if you have a lot of elements to blur out you might notice some slow down.
Do you track my data?
No, we don't track your usage. The only time we communicate with our servers is to verify the status of your license. Otherwise, everything stays local to your system. This also means we encourage you to use the import/export feature to periodically save a backup.
I'm not getting my login link.
Make sure you entered the same email address you used when purchasing the license or signing up for the trial.

Do you offer free licenses?
Yes, we offer free 6-month licenses to students and contributors to open source projects. If you're making money from the sales of your products, we kindly ask that you purchase a license. Contact us at [email protected] to request a free license, and yes, you can renew your license once it expires.
